Returns Policy
With proof of purchase
We will happily exchange or provide a store credit, where goods are returned 28 days of purchase, are clearly unused and are in their original packaging.
Without proof of purchase
We will happily exchange or provide a store credit, provided the goods are currently stocked lines, are clearly unused and are in their original packaging. Items can only be valued at the lowest amount it has been on offer over the previous 12 months.
Clearance/Discounted Items
We do not refund, exchange or provide store credits for items reduced to clear. It is important you choose your purchase carefully
Lay-By Cancellation
Repairs and Spares
Most items purchased have a 12 month warranty, your receipt is your proof of purchase and required for a warranty issue to be processed. We do not keep hard copies of each purchase, this is the onus of the purchaser.
We will REPAIR your product free of charge if it displays a manufacturing fault within 12 months of the original purchase date. In the event the repair is due to a non manufacturing fault, the repairs will be chargeable.
If you do believe an item is faulty, the item needs to be returned to our Motherworld store. The item will be sent to the manufacturer for assessment and if need be repaired, or refunded by the Manufacturer.
In the case of the product being assessed by the Manufacturer and found not to be faulty, or the product has been damaged due to inappropriate use, Motherworld has the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
Without proof of purchase
Motherworld reserves the right not to offer or repair, exchange or refund without PROOF OF PURCHASE. In this instance Motherworld will refer you to the manufacturer's hotline for assistance with operating difficulties or product repairs.
