Here at Motherworld we aim to always give our customers the best prices but we know sometimes you may find one of our products cheaper elsewhere. Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we like to show the same level of loyalty to our customers that they show to us. To give you confidence when shopping at Motherworld, we have developed a competitive price match policy for our range.  

Terms & Conditions

  • Price match guarantee applies to all online purchases
  • Minimum value $100 per item
  • Competitive price must be from an Australian based, baby store retailer
  • Competitors catalogue must be current and available for us to view
  • Competitor must have the item/s in stock
  • Product must be a standard item that Motherworld range and stock
  • We do not match prices for special orders
  • We do not match the prices of liquidations, deals sites, auction sites or sell-outs
  • Product must be identical (including colours/design)
  • All Interstate price matching would incur competitors website delivery fee
  • We do not price match competitor advertising errors or misprints 
  • Verbal and written quotes not accepted
  • No further discounts, coupons or special offers apply to price matched items
  • We may not be able to offer lay-by on price matched items
  • Product must be brand new in boxes (competitors display stock not included)
  • Our price match policy cannot be used in conjunction with any other Motherworld promotion and/or offer
  • Matched price  is only available at time of purchase
  • Motherworld reserve the right to refuse a price match at any time
  • Motherworld reserve the right not to match online only websites
  • Motherworld will not match Parallel, Grey or Direct Importing sites like: 
    www.mydeal.com.au, www.u-buy.com.au, www.thenile.com.au, www.gagetcity.com.au or other similar site


How to Redeem your Price Match Guarantee

Online
If you purchase any product from Motherworld online and you see a cheaper competitor's price within 24 hours of purchase, Motherworld will refund you the difference, provided all the above conditions are met. To register your price match claim, please email all relevant information to customerservice@motherworld.com.au

All price match guarantee claims will be processed as soon as possible and if approved your price match guarantee refund will be processed within 24 hours (excl. weekends/ public holidays).
